We have the ability to manufacture parts when no prints exist by taking workable samples and perform complete measurements, then transferring the measurements into our CAD/CAM software to create a new part drawing.

Aggressive Technologies believes that to make a good quality part or quality weldment one needs a good quality fixture. We specialize in fixture design for the racing industry and machining applications. But we are willing and capable of handling almost any small to mid size project.

Designing welding fixtures can be very tricky as one needs to think about shrinkage and warpage in the weldment and ease of removal from the fixture. You also need to think about how the weldment will be clamped or held in place. We should probably make sure the weldment is perfect after it comes out of the fixture while we are at it.
